How to Enter Contest

You must be a SportsVids member to enter the contest. Log in to your account, copy the link under ìContestî on your ìMyProfileî page, and distribute it. Stick it on your blog, add it to your myspace or facebook page, email it to your friendsÖdo whatever it takes to get the most ìunique visitorsî to click on your link. Each click from a unique visitor counts as one vote.

Official Rules

The Sportsvids Contest (the ìContestî) is intended to reward the three Sportsvids members who, through October 22, 2008 (at 12:01 a.m. EST), refer the most ìUnique Visitorsî to www.Sportsvids.com.

ELIGIBILITY. All individuals who have accounts on Sportsvids.com during the Contest period are eligible, subject to the provisions of this Paragraph. ANY QUALIFIED ENTRANT WHO IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AND/OR A MINOR IN HIS/HER JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE MUST HAVE PERMISSION OF PARENT (OR BOTH PARENTS WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW) OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO BE QUALIFIED TO WIN ANY PRIZES. Only legal residents of the United States of America or Canada will be eligible to win. Anyone who has won or received a prize as a result of a Sportsvids.com, Inc. contest in the 30 days prior to Sept 19, 2008 is ineligible to win any prize in this Contest. The Contest is not open to employees or independent contractors, or immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household of employees or independent contractors of Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies. No purchase is necessary, and any purchases of any services will not alter or enhance the chances of winning.

HOW TO WIN. Visitors to Sportsvids are required to signup in order to participate. Each existing registered Sportsvids member at the Contest inception and each new member, once registered, will be presented with specific contest instructions on the website. The instructions will provide the member with an account-specific URL that can be copied. The Sportsvids member may send this link to friends, family or other individuals via email or any other method they desire. Each time a Unique Person clicks on the userís link and visits the Sportsvids website, the memberís account receives a Referral Point. At the end of the contest, the top three members with the most Referral Points will win the contest. For the purpose of this Contest, a Unique Person consists of a visit to the website from a unique IP address (i.e. a specific computer).

PRIZES. The following prizes will be awarded to the winners:

* First Place: The new XBox 360

* Second Place: An iPod Nano

* Third Place: $100 Gift Certificate from Dickís Sporting Goods

The winners will be responsible for any activation and/or subscription fees. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen randomly amongst those members who are tied, and the remaining members will drop to the next available position in the Contest; this procedure will be repeated until all ties are broken or all prizes are accounted for. In any event, no more than one prize will be awarded for First Place, Second Place and Third Place.

Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone within five (5) days of the contest ending date. Prizes will be mailed to the winners within thirty (30) days of confirmation of the winnerís eligibility. If a winner is deemed ineligible, or confirmation of eligibility cannot be accomplished within (30) days of the contest ending date, the prize will be awarded to the eligible entrant with the next-most referral points. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted.

ADDITIONAL TERMS. To remain eligible to participate in the Contest, Sportsvids members agree to conform with the Terms of Use posted on www.Sportsvids.com. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these rules or cancel the Contest at any time, or to modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any human or other error that may occur in the processing of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the voting process, the outcome of the Contest, or the operation of the Contest or Website; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND/OR OTHER RELIEF FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating, entrants (and their parents or legal guardians if any entrant is under 18 and/or a minor in the jurisdiction he/she resides in) agree to be bound by these rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor or as specified herein because of prize availability and then with prizes of equal or greater value. Entrants (and their parents or legal guardians if any entrant is under 18 and/or a minor in the jurisdiction he/she resides) agree (for themselves and their heirs) that Sponsor and its respective affiliates, and all Sponsor-Related Persons, will have no liability, and will be held harmless by such entrants (and their parents or legal guardians if any entrant is under 18 and/or a minor in the jurisdiction he/she resides) to the maximum extent permitted by law for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or to person, including death, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in the Contest, or by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Sponsor, any of its respective affiliates, or any such Sponsor-Related Person. Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As a condition of participating in this Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Contest is void where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to the Contest are final. By participating in the Contest, entrants (and their parents or legal guardians if any entrant is under 18 and/or a minor in the jurisdiction he/she resides) consent to the use of their names, biographical information, and photographs, videos and/or likenesses in any manner and in any medium for any purpose in connection with the Contest, including worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

WINNERS LIST. For a list of winners, send an e-mail request to management@sportsvids.com. Requests must be received by December 31, 2008. Members will be able to monitor their contest rankings in real time. An area on the main page of the Sportsvids website will display the top ranking members by Referral Points.
